These weekly classes don’t skimp on fun or quality instruction. If you are currently injury free but looking to improve your strength, mobility, balance, and movement control, small group classes are a great way to achieve this. Think of them as prehab instead of rehab.
Meet Jenny
Move well to live well
Jenny, being a national team and collegiate athlete, has always been driven by a personal motivation to stay healthy and move well. This commitment goes beyond her own pursuits; she brings this philosophy into her physiotherapy practice, where she has worked with Olympic athletes.
While pursuing her master’s in Physiotherapy, Jenny discovered Pilates, an encounter that significantly influenced her path. After embracing Pilates for several years, she completed a 900-hour classical Pilates apprenticeship in Seattle, Washington.
Now, at MoveWell, Jenny combines her extensive background in Physiotherapy and sports with her Pilates sessions. This blend allows her to help people move more efficiently, often bridging the gap from struggling with movement to achieving success on the trails, slopes and work.
